 I remember all my brothers and sister who served ,and those who serve now! Thank you for you sacrifice and service to keep us free!  

Pullet Eggs, Ever See One?

 The last batch of chicks are grown, and out of the twenty that I bought, six were hens, just our luck! So they are getting ready to start laying.  The first egg from a pullet is small, I guess its a practice run, but when you see em you know eggs are on the way.....the last eggs from a hen are small too! I guess it could go either way..lol.

 The Egg on the right is the pullet egg, on the left a normal size chicken egg!  This hen should be pumping out large eggs soon, Can't wait!

The Goose From Nowhere.

We wake up this morning and my step-daughter Julie asks, "when did we get a goose?" I thought she was looney, we don't have a goose.  Well look who the looney one is!!!
